MOVE

Activate yourself in our 400 m² fitness area with its own yoga room or work out on the variety of sports equipment. Free group classes are offered daily so you can enjoy your active stay to the fullest. These include: Plan.
Afterwards, you can refresh yourself in the 630 m² pool area or do your lengths in the 25 m sports pool.

Fitness in the Move area: daily from 6.00 am to 10.00 pm | programmes according to plan (subject to change)

Swimming is available for you every day:

Adventure pool in winter: 7.00 am to 7.00 pm

The sports pool (25 m lanes) is opened when necessary. With 32°C in the adventure pool and 25°C in the sports pool, the pools are one of the centrepieces of our energy-efficient operations. Thank you for your cooperation!

RELAX

Regeneration is very important to us, which is why we offer you 380 m² of space for relaxation. Finnish sauna, saunarium, steam bath and infrared cabins have found their place there. There is also a small natural pool where you can cool off after the sauna. The bathing bag with fluffy bathrobe and slippers are already waiting for you in your room upon arrival. We ask for your understanding that in exceptional cases (bad weather and good occupancy of the hotel) the relaxation area may be overcrowded. We are working on alternatives indoors and outdoors!

EAT

"The early bird catches the worm" says a well-known proverb and that's why our breakfast buffet is available from 7.00 am. And until 10.00 am ... so that the late risers among you don't miss out. Enjoy our delicious Move & Relax corner already for breakfast. Starting with the Immunboost-Shot in the early morning to the natural and fresh products from the region.

We serve dinner as part of half board between 6.30 pm and 9.30 pm. Here, too, you will find a well-balanced choice menu within the Move & Relax Energy cuisine. Let us surprise you and choose from freshly prepared dishes every day.
