Great breakfast. Great fitness and sauna. The only thing we didn’t like was THE BED. The springs in the bed are not good anymore. Need a new mattress. Loved the rest and still would come again- maybe get a different room :)

Dass Du mit dem Bett nicht ganz zufrieden warst, tut uns leid – besonders, wenn es Deinen Schlafkomfort beeinträchtigt hat. Deine Rückmeldung zur Matratze nehmen wir sehr ernst und leiten sie umgehend an unser Housekeeping weiter, damit wir hier schnell für Verbesserung sorgen können. Schön zu hören, dass Du trotzdem gerne wiederkommen möchtest – gib uns beim nächsten Mal gerne vorab Bescheid, dann können wir dir ein anderes Zimmer geben. General impression was that it is a nice hotel but no one seemed willing to go the extra miles to give us a nice stay. if it's not full why assign us a room tucked into a back corner that lacked ventilation while it was very hot outside and did not have a view? It was stifling. Also, if the only cold drinks available are only by machine, why not make it easier for people to purchase these drinks? The desk said they could not charge our room and could not give us change for a 5 euro note so that we could get coins for the machine. It was Sunday so everything was closed and the ATM machine which Reception told us to go use is gone for the summer. So 40 minutes spent in the hot sun trying to find change so we could have a cold drink??? Silly.

To clarify: your room was not located in a far corner of the hotel, but was in fact the first room on the second floor. However, we understand that if the room felt stuffy during hot weather, it may not have been comfortable for you. Please don’t hesitate to let us know about such concerns during your stay — we are always happy to find an alternative room whenever possible. We’re especially sorry about the inconvenience caused when trying to purchase a cold drink. Our Maxibar on the first floor is accessible around the clock, but you could have also ordered a cold beverage directly from our service staff at any time. That this wasn’t communicated clearly is unfortunate. Furthermore, the issue regarding the lack of change for your €5 bill and the difficulties finding coins on a hot Sunday afternoon should not have happened and will definitely be addressed internally with our team.
